  • Fueling for Fun: Just like a high-performance car, our brains need good fuel! Focus on healthy snacks and meals with complex carbs and protein to keep those little engines running smoothly.
  • Move it, Move it!: Physical activity is a lifesaver for managing ADHD symptoms. Schedule regular playtime outdoors, short “movement breaks” during long tasks, or even dance parties in the living room!
