About Charlie
Charlie approaches therapy with warmth, compassion, and curiosity, recognizing that each individual and family brings their own unique experiences, strengths, and challenges into the therapeutic space. She strives to create an environment where clients feel heard, understood, and accepted without judgment. Her goal is to meet clients where they are while helping them navigate difficult experiences, better understand themselves, and develop meaningful connections with others.
Charlie has experience working with children, adolescents, parents, and families, and values the opportunity to support individuals through different stages of development and life experiences. She recognizes that children’s behaviors and emotional responses often communicate needs and experiences that may be difficult to express through words. Through play, creativity, and connection, she works to help children feel safe, understood, and supported while partnering with parents and families to strengthen relationships and foster positive change.
Charlie takes an individualized, trauma-informed, and relational approach to therapy, drawing from psychodynamic, family systems, and evidence-based practices. She believes that understanding the experiences, relationships, and patterns that shape who we are can create opportunities for meaningful growth. Above all, Charlie believes that everyone deserves to be seen, accepted, and understood as they are.
