About Camille
Camille meets clients with warmth, curiosity, and an integrative lens that honors the whole person, mind, body, and nervous system. Her goal in therapy is to create a space where clients feel safe enough to slow down, get curious about their patterns, and reconnect with their authentic selves. She specializes in working with young adults, individuals, and couples navigating high-functioning anxiety, people-pleasing, life transitions, and relationship dynamics.
Camille helps clients recognize the ways their coping strategies once served them, while building new skills to respond to stress and relationships with more ease, self-trust, and groundedness.

Beyond the Office
Outside of the therapy room, Camille loves cooking, going on walks, reading (ideally on a beach), and hosting friends for dinner. Having grown up in Santa Cruz, she’s often found soaking up the coastal community she calls home.
