About Sarah
From the very first session, Sarah creates a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment where clients can safely experience vulnerability, explore what challenges them, and begin to discover their path forward. She believes every person is inherently worthy of happiness, well-being, and peace of mind, and she works collaboratively with clients to identify their strengths and use them as the foundation for meaningful change.
Before becoming a therapist, Sarah spent years as a middle and high school English teacher. A lifelong learner, she is passionate about understanding human behavior, relationships, and the communities around her.
