Our Pregnancy Group offers compassionate, weekly sessions designed to provide a safe, supportive space for expectant mothers. This is a weekly drop in group designed to support those on their journey through pregnancy. Our goal is to foster a community where participants can share their experiences, develop community, and feel seen.

Teen Food and Body Image Support Group
Our Teen Food and Body Image Support Group is for teens (13-18) recovering from disordered eating or body image struggles, offering tools for self-compassion, body neutrality, and empowerment in a safe, anti-diet, and inclusive space. All bodies & identities welcome.

Neurodivergent Teen DBT Skills Group: Interpersonal Relationships
Our Neurodivergent Teen DBT Skills Group is designed for neurodivergent teens (13-18) to build stronger, healthier relationships while embracing their unique strengths. Using Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, participants will explore ways to navigate friendships, family dynamics, and social situations with greater confidence and understanding.
