About Rudy
Rudy’s background in working with a diverse population of community college students from many different walks of life has helped him to develop a therapeutic approach that is rooted in cultural humility, affirming inclusion, authenticity, nonjudgmental curiosity, and emotional validation.
He also utilizes modern neuroscience and outcomes research to promote an environment of hope for real and lasting change. At the heart of Rudy’s work is a fundamental conviction that deep down, all people are innately worthy and good, and that in a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship, personal insight of this truth can lead clients to embody and live out their highest and fullest potential.
