About Raquel

Raquel approaches her work as a therapist with the fundamental belief that every person is inherently whole, worthy, and deserving of love and connection. She recognizes that lived experiences, grief, personal or generational trauma, and societal systems can sometimes cloud this truth, leaving individuals feeling stuck, numb, angry, or disconnected.

As a therapist, Raquel serves as both mirror and guide, helping clients reconnect with their deep inner knowing and aliveness. She strives to create a sense of safety in exploring and understanding all parts of oneself while empowering clients with the tools, confidence, and self-trust to navigate their personal growth, challenges, and healing.

Her approach is grounded in empathy, presence, creativity, curiosity, and radical acceptance.
