Lindsey has a deep-rooted belief that we are hard-wired for healing. Lindsey helps clients explore themselves with compassion, curiosity, and humor. Lindsey’s approach to therapy is collaborative and welcoming. Lindsey helps clients set goals, learn new skills, and strengthen the quality of their relationships. Meeting clients where they’re at, Lindsey aims to create a safe environment where clients can understand, accept, and integrate all parts of themselves.
Lindsey is a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (No. 127627) supervised by Jessica Longoria LMFT (No. 93570). Lindsey has a background working in several mental health settings including non-profit community counseling, group practice, and residential addiction treatment and recovery programs. Lindsey is a trauma informed therapist at her core. She has a passion for working with adults and couples to meet their goals and strive for a balanced life.
