About Lindsey
Lindsey has a deep-rooted belief that we are hard-wired for healing, and she helps clients explore themselves with compassion, curiosity, and humor. Her approach to therapy is collaborative and welcoming, focused on helping clients set meaningful goals, build new skills, and strengthen the quality of their relationships.
Lindsey brings experience from a wide range of mental health settings, including non-profit community counseling, group practice, and residential addiction treatment and recovery programs. As a trauma-informed therapist at her core, Lindsey is passionate about supporting adults, couples, families, and teens in creating balance, cultivating insight, and moving toward lasting change.
