Jessica brings kindness, humor, and an honest approach to all of her sessions. Jessica offers a safe and caring space to process and grow. She truly believes in a client-centered approach, respecting where each client is at in their healing process, encouraging all to find healthier ways to cope and live a more fulfilled life. She loves working with adults, adolescents and their families, first responders, the LGBTQ+ population, and individuals identifying as neurodivergent. Jessica specializes in working with trauma, depression, and anxiety.
As a Bay Area native, Jessica started working in the mental health field in 2007 and graduated from John F. Kennedy University. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (#93570), and a clinical supervisor, Jessica has had the privilege of working with many populations and settings including supporting youth and adolescents in schools, working for non-profit agencies, adults in multiple settings, and also worked with adolescents and their families in residential settings.
