Therapeutic Approach

Erin’s therapeutic approach integrates psychodynamic theory, depth psychology, existential and attachment-based frameworks, narrative therapy, CBT- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT- Dialectical Behavior Therapy, EFT- Emotionally Focused Therapy (Level 1), EMDR- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, and IFS- Internal Family Systems. She creates a comprehensive therapeutic environment that honors each client’s unique journey.

Fun Facts

Outside of her work, Erin enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, camping, gardening, or strolling through the farmer’s market. She also loves connecting with friends and spending quality time with her family.
