Erin meets people with a warm, down-to-earth approach that is both relatable and authentic. Her goal in therapy is to create an environment where personal exploration feels inviting and safe. She helps clients recognize their inherent worth through empathetic reflection and compassion while supporting them in developing skills to manage life’s stressors.
Erin also assists clients in identifying patterns that contribute to ongoing distress, helping them understand themselves more deeply so they can navigate life and relationships with greater ease and confidence.

Erin’s therapeutic approach integrates psychodynamic theory, depth psychology, existential and attachment-based frameworks, narrative therapy, CBT- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT- Dialectical Behavior Therapy, EFT- Emotionally Focused Therapy (Level 1), EMDR- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, and IFS- Internal Family Systems. She creates a comprehensive therapeutic environment that honors each client’s unique journey.
Fun Facts
Outside of her work, Erin enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, camping, gardening, or strolling through the farmer’s market. She also loves connecting with friends and spending quality time with her family.
