About Emily
Emily is a person-centered therapist and believes in the value of seeing a client as a whole person and not just as the disorder they wish to heal. Using a holistic and collaborative approach, Emily supports clients in cultivating a sense of ease, trust and understanding within their mind and body.
She strives to bring her whole heart, curiosity and authentic self into the therapeutic relationship. Emily combines a genuine, non-judgmental connection with treatment that is based on science and is trauma informed. Emily is an anti-diet provider and adheres to the Health-at-Every-Size principles.
