Elisa brings warmth, humor and a straightforward approach to all of her sessions. Having specialties in trauma related disorders and addiction, Elisa isn’t afraid to tackle big challenges with her clients. She offers an especially safe and caring space for this process to happen. Elisa believes in respecting her individual client’s unique healing process, allowing growth to take root through learning new coping skills, excavating past hurts and reframing unhealthy beliefs. She loves working with adults, couples and older teens.
