About Elisa
Elisa brings warmth, humor, and a straightforward approach to every session. With specialties in trauma-related disorders and addiction, she isn’t afraid to help clients navigate life’s biggest challenges, and she creates an especially safe and grounded space for this work to unfold. Elisa honors each person’s unique healing process and supports clients in developing new coping skills, exploring past hurts, and reframing unhelpful beliefs so that meaningful growth can take root. She loves working with adults, couples, parents, and older teens.
Elisa is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (#103978) and a clinical supervisor at Pacific Coast Therapy. Her professional background includes residential addiction treatment and recovery, nonprofit community mental health, and private practice, giving her a diverse range of experience to draw from in her work.

Elisa’s therapeutic approach integrates EMDR- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, DBT- Dialectical Behavior Therapy, EFT- Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, and substance abuse and addiction-focused treatment, and she brings her expertise as a clinical supervisor into her work with developing clinicians as well.
Personal Interests
Outside of her clinical role, Elisa loves spending time with her family, being a mom, and occasionally embarking on a good scavenger hunt. Earlier in life, she also enjoyed brief adventures as both a voice actress and a personal trainer, adding even more dimension to the humor and sincerity she brings to her work.
