Emily is a person-centered therapist and believes in the value of seeing a client as a whole person and not just as the disorder they wish to heal. Using a holistic and collaborative approach, Emily supports clients in cultivating a sense of ease, trust and understanding within their mind and body.

Emily is the Co-Founder of SheHerdPower, an Equine Guided Empowerment Program helping survivors of sexual assault reclaim their voice, self-awareness and growth by discovering soulful partnership with horses.

In her spare time you can find Emily practicing yoga, reading a book with a warm cup of tea or spending time outside amongst the Redwood trees with her family and sweet pup!
